Seller agrees that it will hold all Buyer files and documentation in confidence and will not distribute or share this information with any third parties unless directed to do so by Buyer or required in the normal course to business to produce Buyer’s order. Eagle Tech respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. As a rule, we have set up our website so that no personally identifiable information will be collected about you when you are on the Eagle Tech website unless you specifically elect to provide that information. Our web servers may collect and save the default information customarily logged by web server software. This information may include the time and date you were on our site, the originating IP address, and the pages and images you selected. Sections of the website may collect personal information from you if you choose for a specific reason to meet your requests only if you elect to do so. Charge Card or Bank information is not kept in any electronic database preventing access by any third party. All such electronic information is deleted once a transaction charge is made. This is only info. that is kept and is done so in a secure paper format as a receipt for the transaction.  The only time your information is kept on file is if specifically request us to do so for future transactions.
