(“Eagle Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California corporation with its principal place of business in San Jose, California. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at https://eticircuits.com/ (the “Site”), how we use and share it, the technologies we use to collect it, and the choices and rights available to you. This Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information we collect offline or through other means, such as phone calls, purchase orders, quotes, or other business communications outside the Site, which are governed by our separate customer agreements and business practices.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

When you use our Site — for example, to request a quote for bare printed circuit board fabrication, submit a contact form, or otherwise reach out to us — we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

• Name and job title
• Company name
• Email address and phone number
• Mailing address
• Project or quote details you submit, including Gerber files, drawings, specifications, or messages you choose to include

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is generated and transmitted automatically as part of ordinary website operation, including:

• IP address
• Browser type and version, device type, and operating system
• Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the Site
• Referring website or search terms that led you to the Site
• Date, time, and general session/event timing information

We and the third-party service providers described in Section 2 use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”) to collect some of this information.

The table below identifies the categories of Tracking Technologies used on the Site, what they do, the general categories of data involved, and how you can control them. We do not sell the personal information described below in exchange for money. Where applicable under California law, use of advertising cookies to serve interest-based ads may be considered a “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes; see Section 6 for your opt-out rights.

2.1 Prior Consent for Non-Essential Tracking

Except for cookies and Tracking Technologies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function, we do not permit advertising, analytics, or call-tracking scripts to run on your device until you have provided affirmative consent through the cookie consent notice presented when you first visit the Site (“We value your privacy”). That notice lets you Accept All, Reject All, or Customise your preferences by category, and you can return to it at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the Site footer. Note for internal review: this Policy states that non-essential scripts do not run until consent is given. That statement should not be published until it is technically confirmed — for example, through Google Tag Manager consent mode or an equivalent blocking configuration — that Google Analytics, Google Ads/DoubleClick, and Convirza/LogMyCalls do not actually fire before a visitor clicks Accept All or enables that category under Customise. This is the same open item flagged for South Bay Circuits’ policy; because the same developer configured both sites the same way, it should be verified for eticircuits.com as part of the same technical check, not assumed to already be resolved just because it was checked once for the other site.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to quote requests, inquiries, and other communications
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its functionality and security
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve content and navigation
• Measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising, and, where you have consented, deliver relevant advertising
• Attribute inbound phone calls to the marketing source that generated them
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We share information only as follows:

• With the service providers identified in Section 2, who process information on our behalf for analytics, advertising measurement, and call tracking
• With vendors who host, maintain, or support the Site (e.g., web hosting and content management)
• With professional advisors, such as attorneys and accountants, where necessary
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Eagle Tech, our customers, or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections

5. Data Retention

We retain the information described in this Policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, including to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Retention periods for information held by our third-party service providers (Section 2) are governed by those providers’ own retention practices.

6. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

6.1 Cookie and Tracking Preferences

You can manage non-essential cookies and Tracking Technologies through the consent tool described in Section 2.1, and through your browser settings, which allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

6.2 California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), may give you the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared
• Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information, to the extent applicable
• Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10. We will verify your request using the information you provide before responding.

6.3 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to such signals, the Site does not currently respond to them; you can instead use the Cookie Settings link described above to control tracking on the Site.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 10 so we can delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links
